Artist Statement

I draw inspiration from magical moments—whether fleeting or profound—that shape my experience of life. Through painting, I explore beauty, sadness, love, desire, and loss. Each work begins with an object, person, or memory that stirred something deep within me. By transforming these feelings into visual form, I try to preserve them—to give them a place to exist, to mark them as milestones in my journey.

Every painting is a fragment of memory, a reflection of what moved me. I believe there is meaning in the act of paying attention—in noticing the quiet, often invisible things that make life worth living. What’s essential cannot always be seen, but it can be felt—and I strive to make those feelings visible through art.

I exist to see and to experience, and I paint to love. My appreciation for people, places, and moments often brings both joy and sorrow. My art becomes a container for these emotions, holding onto the presence of those who entered my life and left an impression.

I often paint what I cannot put into words. Sometimes, I don’t fully understand the meaning of an experience until I’ve painted it. Through the process, the abstract becomes tangible, and my thoughts and emotions find a place to settle. My work tells the story of what I’ve felt—something unusual, meaningful, and real.
